Ten on the Tenth: What I Ate on Easter

Easter was a non-stop feeding frenzy at our house! So, for Ten on the Tenth, I wanted to share Ten Things I Ate on Easter (with lots of recipe links)!
1. We started the day with friends over for brunch. I made breakfast egg boats, adapted from this recipe from Deb of Paper Turtle.  I made two versions - one filled with ham and mozzarella cheese for the kids and one filled with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and chives for the adults.  Both looked great and were super yummy!
{The brunch gang played egg toss out back.}
2. While we played, I prepared super easy and yummy oven baked BBQ-flavored pork loin ribs using this method from the All Recipes blog.
3. I also made some Greek flavored ribs, using this recipe, from Eating Club Vancouver. I put all the ribs in the oven to slow-cook for dinner.
{And, yes, we hit hard boiled eggs with baseball bats as part of the day's fun:}
4. We ate lots of candy. In my opinion, See's Candies are the best that California has to offer. My favorite assortment is one called "Nuts and Chews."
5. Clara made some wonderful, simple deviled eggs for appetizers (just egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper), and
6. Paul made Union Square Cafe Bar Nuts, using this recipe from Once Upon a Chef. They are full of butter and rosemary and are, oh so wonderfully addictive!
7. In addition to the ribs, dinner's star attraction was a spanakopita, made by Paul and our friend Molly:
8. Roasted brussel sprouts, fresh from local fields, rounded out the main meal.
9. For dessert, Ghiradelli brownies (love that you can get boxes of this mix at Costco) and
10. Strawberries, served with sour cream and brown sugar. Dip the berries into the cream and then roll in the brown sugar. An odd sounding,  but really yummy, combination. Molly claims she made this up because, as one of ten children growing up, her parents would not buy prepared "snacks," and she and her siblings were always improvising with what they could find in the larder.
What did you eat for Easter?
