Join in on the conversation?! Ever since I joined Twitter I really stepped up my 2.0 web usage. I have blogged more frequently visited my facebook page and posted my times on www.crossfit.com and left comments on other bloggers web sites. It is actually a lot of fun and quick to do!
I am in town until Thursday then headed to Atlanta GA for a Business Conference! Visited with Mike G from Crossfit Atlanta and plan to work out with him when I am in town.
