Crossfit is the mother ship of showing you your weaknesses. I can sling barbells around all day run until my feet fall off short met cons long met cons. Give it to me! Gymnastics for me is my Goat. I am considered a bigger guy in Crossfit 5'10 200lbs but thats not big. I dont think of this as an excuse for not crushing 50+ pull ups in a row or 45 hand stand push ups 30 muscle ups sub 4 minutes or 100 burpees in 5 minutes.
I am humbling my self this spring to be come a metabolic and gymnastic beast. I dont like to slow down I dont like to sit and learn. I want it now now now. Matrix style just down load it and move on.
I have cut weight to 196 and looking to get to 190lbs in the next 6 weeks. I am the master of my mind and body. I will crush burpees hand stand push ups muscle ups and pull ups!
Patience young warrior your time will come.
