9 Minutes and 33 Seconds.

This past weekend I traveled to Maimi Fl to speak at Crossfit FilFest! I had the honor of working out Saturday morning with Zach Even Esh, Luke Najla Crossfit Scottsdale, Bryan Shockly Crossfit Pulse, and Lisa Thiel and Carey Kepler!

The best part of Filfest or any gathering is the people! You get the chance to get face to face with the people you only know via blogs, videos, facebook.

Progress!?

In the last two weeks I have started setting my personal and professional goals for 2009! There is a lot of emotion of uncertainty in the air as our country and the world goes through challenging times via wars, economics, and natural disasters. I have chosen to take on an attitude of determination and resilience and stand in hope!
