Johnathan moving big loads!
Sometimes it just feels good to move big loads!Crossfit is constantly varied. So if life! We are always challenged with the moving parts of life. How do you dill with change. Do you see the good or the bad? Do you cling to the past and how things were?
This is the natural tendency. In my workout today I did a warm up then followed it with 10 Thrusters 10 pull ups with 45lbs dumbbells. the 4th and 5th round sucked. I really remembered why people dont like to feel the burn because it hurts. Bring the suck.
