The Card Recipe Challenge Winner is . . .

Erika and her ultra-cute sailor card!  Sorry, I think it's oriented the wrong way but I can't seem to fix it.  I numbered the entries 1-9 and used random.org to choose a number.  Erika was lucky number 8.
