If you look closely Lance Cantu is behind me not letting up. We had an awesome time at the final fittest games. Lance is my best friend from child hood, a former Marine, and a Crossfit Level one trainer. Beyond all those titles he is a driven man hungry for life and new adventures. Lance will be joining the Crossfit Central Team very soon! Lance was able to visit for 5 days before he moves to Austin from New York City. He asked me if I was going to win the Crossfit Games this year and the first few excuses that came out of my mouth did not project unwaviering belief. Since that day I have been intently focused on the present oppurtunity to execell at all times to cry Victory on July 6th.
