Sparta is Crossfit Central
24 amazing participants took part in a kick butt Spartan workout with Crossfit Central! Congrats to Jeff who finished in 11minutes and 38 seconds. and Randall 12min 32sec. and many more with amazing times. Post times to comments on youtube.
